Easy Returns at Kangaroo Collective
Got an issue? Did not like our product? No worries!
You’ve got 7 days from the moment your order lands on your doorstep to initiate a return. Here’s how to bounce it back to us:
- Return Conditions: Make sure the item is in its original state: unworn, unused, tagged, and boxed just as you received it. Don’t forget to keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy!
- Initiating a Return: Simply email us at support@kangaroocollective.com.au with the reason for your return. We'll guide you through the next steps.
- Return Approval: If your return meets our criteria, we’ll shoot a return shipping label your way along with detailed instructions on where and how to send back your package.
Inspect on Arrival: Check your items as soon as they arrive. If there’s a defect, damage, or a mix-up, contact us immediately so we can sort it out. Click few pictures from all sides to file with your return request.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, it can take up to 5 - 10 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company.
